Made a trip up to Ludington Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. It was a great time. Head over to YouTube tonight at 5:15 and check it out. Thanks for the support.

Nice going guys! Can't believe the downrigger! You should let Cannon know and tell them who you are. Maybe they will replace it and get a little free advertising! Worth a try!

We just went up the weekend after Memorial to join in the fun. Our coppers ruled as well. We fished the same areas off the point. We did great, but never marked many fish.

Hey Brian, nice job once more!
Ludington is a special spot. This year they had a big portion of our coho up there. Locals were very surprised as they hardly ever hold Coho at this time of year. The Coho really filtered thru the whole lake this season. Kings in the Ludinton area this year have been thick early. To early to tell yet but with all the early spring flooding, it is suspected that the Alewife found the flooded areas this year and moved in for some good eats themselves. That brings more Kings into those areas.

We saw similar happenings (flooding) around 2017-2018  and the St. Joe was the hot spot. Many mentioned at that time that it seemed to hold all the kings and ales' for a short time period giving out some super King fishing. That year many that were in the big HCC tournaments were making the run form Michigan City to St. Joe.

That year in St Joe was epic. We had one morning of 4 man limit of kings. I'll never forget that.
