At this time of the year can you still catch Coho, Trout getting out later afternoon. East Chicago and Hammond area?

Sure can, coho are less picky about light conditions this time of year and just want to eat.  Browns may be a little tougher in the afternoon.

Sometimes I believe that the afternoons can be better . The high sun , warms the surface waters and Rocks on shore while the wind can blow the warmer water into pockets , near shore . Find the Temps , Find the Bait , FOUND FISH ,,
