We set lines at 4pm and fished until 7:30pm on Friday. We fished 35-50 fow in front of the ditch and #4 marker ended up doubled up on sheep head that's it. Still a bit early but figured it was worth a shot.

Today at the cleaning station in MC there was a guy who was cleaning a Steelhead and a King he had caught in Trail Creek. Surprised how dark the King looked, but it was in the creek. Typically Labor Day Weekend has some decent pier head fishing in MC and I cannot imagine Portage is much different.
