Went out for a couple hrs tonight. Setup at 70 fow and found a pod of active steelhead at 110 and worked that waypoint. Went 3 for 5 with missing a double right at sunset.

150 copper #4 orange jplug 1 for 2. 1 steel and lost another when it jumped.

10 color flounder pounder mag caught 1 steel.

Downrigger down 50 swr bloody nose caught 1 steel who somehow threw my slider off the mainline.

Downrigger down 94 last a big king on a green jean pro troll and green fly.

Great quick trip out there. Thermocline is 56 ft down and the fish are there in decent numbers.

1 steel had a adipose rin clip...didnt know they did that? Anyone know anything about this?

Doesnt get much better out there weather and fishing. Started catching fish as soon as we got the lines set through to when we pulled em. Last line left in had the steel jumping that got off.

Lots of steel showed up last 2 days. No water fleas at all either...seen the portage posts of them.
