A nice flat lake to start off so we took a couple passes up close to try to pick up a couple steelhead we took one on a j-13 on first pass thought it was going to be game on but after two hours that was our only hit so we packed up and went to the promise land out west 22-23w in 65 fow. I had a way point out there from previous couple weekends and stayed there and circled pretty tight. The bite was definitely slower than its been the past couple weeks but took a couple coho on big orange dodger green fly down 34 on rigger a steelhead on 150 copper orange dodger blue fly then a brown down 48ft with the stinky stuff. And that was it a couple misses and headed back to Marina Shores and it was good enough for first place a great day and tourney look forward to doing it again
