Weather man gave us a break this morning and we set up outside the mouth same as friday evening. Shortly after sunrise, we had steady action boating 4 kings and a coho. Five different lures, five different rods on those five fish. Two on dipseys pulling stinger stingray size spoons, two on riggers, one on a mag moonshine RV spoon, and the other on a free slider bloody nose green dolphin. The coho hit a red thinfish off a flatline. Nice action until around 7:30-8:00 and then it died. Lots of bait still out there just outside and east of the harbor. Missed a couple others later in the morning and then we waved the white flag. Lot of the charter boats were steaming straight out early this morning, a few stayed in closer. Three out of the four kings this morning were wild, and I did vote in my results.
