The good news is I think the lake will lay down for tomorrow. The bad news is it's dirty as far as the eye can see. The fish are in close but with the water so stirred up who knows how active the fish will be. Fishing is not all that great after a big blow, so guys coming in from out of town with hours of driving I would think twice about it. Just my opinion of course, I'll be out there tomorrow but I'm local. Mike

I too will be hitting the water tomorrow morning regardless of conditions. The lake should lay down over night with some good swells mixed in I'm sure. Anyone that makes it out, feel free to holler at me on 68. Back At It is the boat name. Going to start at the ditch and work east. Good luck and be safe everyone!

Was out this morning and couldn't buy a bite. My buddy was out this afternoon with two others and they got 1 Coho 1 Brown. Not sure if it will be much better tomorrow.

The Miller Beach cams looked good earlier to me. I know you can't see a whole lot, but it looked fishable. I think I will take Bro Nature's advise about fishing in chocolate milk water, use noisy baits in loud colors and keep a dozen donuts aboard in case the fish are not biting. (I made that part up, chocolate milk and all you know.) I wonder if spraying some herring oil on the baits will help?

You going to be out tomorrow Ed? Hope so as I might need some sage advice on how to catch fish after a tsunami.

PB, we had 41-43 on Wednesday for average, away from the wall at East Chicago. Hope we get a stretch of favorable winds for the water to clear up. Satellite pics didn't look horrible.
