Got out with Horsefly today alot later than we should have. We stayed by the port and donut. Lots of boats out! It was generally slow for us but along with the coho's Phil hammered a nice 11 lb brown at the mouth of the port.

It was certainly a dramatic catch. Fish on and all of a sudden he is in the rigger line, then a tug pushing a barge comes flying in at what seemed like an obscene speed. Had to accelerate as fast as the kicker would go and turn, then fish was in 3 lines........but we got him in. He hit a flat line flicker shad.
