TOPIC:

Launched Portage, solo 630am headed to the pavilion area. Arrived and found many boats.
Mainly trolled 42ft to 50ft. East west direction.
Set dipsy at 39ft (zero) with a caramel dolphin.
Two flat lines, one with orange dodger blue/pink fly, second one yellow red dot dodger with chartreuse fly.
Pulled yellow red dot dodger after 45 minutes and placed a Brads red black squiggly lines.
Had five in my box under two hours. No misses.
4- Coho
1 - Steelhead
No kings, darn. Next time.
Dipsy took one on the caramel dolphin, switch to blue dolphin caught one. Both Coho. Looking for those King's.
One flat line with the orange dodger with blue/pink fly took two Coho.
Second flat line with the Brads red black squiggly lines grabbed that Steelhead. Man did that Steelhead rip off line when it hit. Jumped at least 8 times. Fun to land by myself.
