TOPIC:

got out after baseball games this morning. 

Fished just N of the mouth for a bit. Nothing. 
headed E to the port. 
got into the tight circle of 4 other boats right at the mouth of the port for one turn. 
too many boats in too little area so turned N to 50 FOW. No bait out there so turned back in. 
had one coho hit and reeled in and immediately after the King hit. 
my 7 YO stuck with it for 15 minutes and we got it in the boat! 
45 FOW. on the downrigger Carmel/ chartreuse spoon. 
had another hit on the outrigger that snapped the line. Thin fin. 

it was really boring. Then it was really exciting.
