Fished Portage today 5:30 to 10:30 starting west of out the ditch and moving back towards the port for the majority of the day.  Ended 9/16 with most fish coming on riggers.  Lost a big king that peeled out 200’ off the rigger before leaving our 200 copper a mess.  Sliders probably took most of the fish with riggers down 36 and 42.  Most fish on spoons with few on dodger flies.  A handful of coho on the 200 with green frog as well as flounder pounder on the rigger.  My 2 and 4 colors have struggled for 2 straight trips now, didn’t think fish were that deep yet, not sure what’s going on there.  Pretty much every rod hit except for those.  Best depth was 50’.  Can’t give any advice on speed- it was too windy and wavy for any verdict.  Good luck out there tomorrow and bring your rain-suit.
