A big thanks to everyone who gave advise, and set me up with enough gear to get started. Im going out in the morning with a buddy. A little nervous, not gonna lie! 
Planning on running from Portage to the Gary light and fishing there. I’ll give it a couple hours and see what happens. I’ll let y’all know (hopefully with pictures!) how it goes.

What is the launch fee at portage, been more than a few years for me.
