Fished IL waters near Tri-state in morning.  Marked bait and scattered fish in 70-80' but no takers, finally had action in 95-105' around 10:30am.  Landed 3 chunky coho.  2 came on FF (green flasher w/ green fly). 1 was caught on green jeans std spoon. 2 were caught on riggers, one on dipsey both were set 70-75' down, speed at ball was 2-2.2 and water temps were in high 50's at 70', surface temp was 67-68.
