We got the boat out and in its slip late Saturday morning for the shake down trip.  Set lines at about 10 am and fished about for hours ended up 9 for about 14.  Fished Sunday morning until the lake got rough at about 1130. Ended up with 7 coho.  Over all the coho were very scattered and fishing was slow.  Sounded like the guys that were out early did much better Saturday.

Nice job Bill. I'm guessing everything went well with the shake down?
everything went fairly well I wanted to go in the week before but had a small hang up with a sensor on one the the engines.

My wife and I headed out about 1:30 PM Saturday and I didn't see the pirate ship in the marina on the way out.   As I posted the shakedown was not great because the kicker will not run but we had lines in the water and fishing by about 2:15.  We fished for a few hours and not even a bump so I ran to the ship canal and ended up picking up one small guy.   I heard a couple people talking and said that fishing was hot until 9 am and then it turned off and that was about it.  We fished until just about sunset but that was it.     When we were going in I saw the pirate ship in its slip so I figured you were out fishing.

Yes everything went well bob.  I think I caught my shake down snag the week before when I had and engine act up with a sensor problem in the driveway.
