Figured last chance to get out and it was beautiful. Left Portage at 2:00, ran out to 80' and watched the sun sink into the lake. Headed in at sunset with only a shaker king and coho released but a beautiful afternoon to reflect on the season and toast the sunset. Not my best year on the lake, not my worst but wouldn't trade it for much fishing with a good a buddy and often my son who just turned 18. Not sure if there will be another post this season so wishing everyone a happy and healthy offseason.

Heading to Florida this "off-season?"

Where about? Assuming you will be doing some fishing.

Well if it wasn't for work....had 2 trips cancelled this year due to the obvious. One back to Costa Rica and the other to the Keys in March. Rescheduled the trip to Costa Rica to December but as of right now there are 30 states allowed to travel to CR and Indiana is not one of them! Go figure.

Well that is BS..... Hopefully that will change Geoff.
