TOPIC:

Launched from Portage but headed NE to MI waters. Set up with 2-person spread in 90' and worked East West to 105 with steady actions. Ended up 14 for 22 with no real big fish but certainly kept 2 guys busy! 50-53' water at 50' down but that was the slowest of all rods. Spoons in general seemed to struggle with just about everything in the box on orange dodger/fly except for orange sppom with white ladder back on 250' copper that went off 6 times and we went 0 for 6! Had a triple on and the steelie on the Fub Wobbler was one of the 2 we were able to boat. Solid mix of Coho, Steelies, and a few suspended lakers. Sounds like everyone had a great weekend on the lake, hope next weekend is just as active!

Just to clarify, we kept 8 of the 14 releasing the lakers and the smaller coho/steelhead without bringing them over the rail.
