At first light, we trolled from the mouth of the ditch to entrance to the Port with no takers. Pulled lines and went to 90 FOW NE of Portage but night to MC. Missed more than we caught. Most everything came on spoons on downriggers with a couple.bites on Dispeys. Got this 40", 30lb. 4 oz king on a black spoon. Had to pull all 7 of the other lines. Total team effort. Lander 2 Coho. Off shore, the winds were zero. After pulling lines at 12:10, it was a really rough ride from about halfway in to the Port.

What a pig! My neighbor was out today out of east chicago in the a.m. and went 20-26 mostly coho on dodgers and 2" flies. 150 copper, 200 copper, downriggers, dipseys, didnt matter. 3 steelhead and 2 lakers mixed in for good measure. Started in 49 and 20's and went north. Same area the fish were in last Thursday. Fish are hungry and there for the taking. Fish On! Nick.
