I have noticed from the live cam at Michigan City that the fishermen are shoulder to shoulder on the pier for the last week. Does anyone know if they are catching steelies in good numbers?

I haven’t been able to get out since last Thursday :angry: :angry: :angry:, but there’s definitely a nice window of weather open right now.

Was out today. Lock jaw for us. They were jumping out of water in trail creek at noon. We had one in front of light house on thin fin. But we got coho and a 28 in drum on a five color! Screamed out line. I did not see any fish netted and guys at ramp were skunked. Water temps 59 on top and we were in bait pods.

Just go fish.... It's been good or not , which is typical for mid-June. Seen shrimp dunker with four Skamania on May 13 near Coast Guard so steelies have been in, out and up the creek since then. Friend caught four pulling plugs in a kayak yesterday evening, another bud caught three casting an Oslo. Also plenty guys getting skunked.

We went to portage yesterday and trolled 7 rods fished from the mouth to the number 4 we hit a big o drum n that was it!!! Fished from 4-8 pm one other boat there anchored didn’t see them fight or land anything

That's it I'm sick, I'm calling off tomorrow and going to be at MC 6am. I'll let everyone know how I do or what i see.
