Was out with Steve and Alvin Today. Took us a while to find the kings (east) but we did. it was crazy for a bit but then just a consistent pick. We ended up with 9 coho, 1 steelhead, and 5 kings. Kings are still here, just have to search for them. Kings were higher than normal, but still caught them from 15-40' down in the water column. The fog was thick, got some cool shots of being able to See the Bailly stacks as well of the dunes below the clouds but above the fog layer.. Looked better in person of course.

We had a bird onboard for about 3 hours. He got the buffet of a lifetime. Lots of bugs!

I put the boat in MC Basin hoping to get an easy early start. Got to the lake and decided to go back home and have some good breakfast and a quick nap once I saw the fog. Even at 9:30 it was still pretty soupy but doable. I’m getting to be a sissy in my older age I guess.

Well when you get to be our age, if you can get out you have to take advantage. I turned on my radar, and while its from 1842, it helped a ton :)

Not sure radar is in the cards for my Lund but that would be sweet for the fog days for sure.
