Can an Indiana resident launch out of St. Joe without breaking the Governors guidelines. Of course I would have Michigan license? If you cannot, how is Michigan City nite?

I'm not the "authority" here, but I was looking to go to Michigan a couple weeks ago and looked over the rules in affect at the time. My take was there was no issue with "foreigners" launching - the only rub was limiting the number of peeps in the boat to respect the social distancing requirements. I wouldn't worry about it.
