Set lines around 8:30 trolling East in 60 fow two lakers no other bites. Flat calm out here with some fog.

Anyone else out today?

Any more luck? Thinking about in the morning. Did it look like charters went way out today? Sometime the silver fish stage 80-120 feet. Are on top down to 45 when water is dirty. Think the boats this spring put the hurt to em.

Just picked up a nice cohojust east of port in 45 fow. If charters are out they went way out I haven’t seen another fishing boat out here all day. Thanks I might run out deeper and see if anything’s out there. Stay tuned.

Out in MC worked from 40 to 65 not a hit. Water is better than It was before . Still currently put working deeper now

Bite has picked up in front of port. Twocoho one Steele. Missed 3 more Steelers on slip lures on down rods. Couldn’t feel fast enough to get tension. 4 lakers so far. Fishing 40-50 fow small spoons doing best.

Final tally

1 for 2 coho
1 for 4 steelies
6 for 6 lakers
No king bites.
Spoons and thin fish did most of the work

2.5-2.7 sog
Most fish caught in front of port or just East
40-55 fow seemed best

A few bait pods scattered around but not much

Water was not dirty but a little cloudy maybe?

Surface temps 50-53 and downriver around 40 fow 46-47
