Launched out if portage both days. Trolled east like everyone else.

Picked up as many lakers u can handle. 1 king boated on 4/27. Fished that 50 to 60 ft deep. Flasher fly on 200 copper seemed to put in the work.

4/28 it started slower for use. Picked up 6 Lakers. Then started heading closer to Michigan city. Boated 1 king and we decided that we will stay on the water all day to feed the addiction!
Boat traffic was busy near MC and we got pushed in front of a large nice boat! Sorry if that was you. (The boat on the other side of us kept running right to us. Trying to get out deeper i think) .
After that we went deeper. 75ft and found are self a couple screamers. Only boated 1 of 4 out that deep. Hook failed on 2 of them. My netting partner missing the fish and the fish said good bye for the 3rd.

Any suggestion on treble hooks? And size? (I'm sure its been asked)

Nice fish! Learning real quick there is an art to netting the kings!!! So far I haven't had any hook issues so I cannot comment on that. How long is the troll from Portage to Michigan city?

I know from portage it’s around 14 miles
