TOPIC:

Went out of New Buffalo this afternoon - with lots of other boats. Talked to a couple groups leaving when I put in and they said it was really slow. The mouth of the harbor was packed so I ran to Michigan City. The water was colder than NB.
Trolled for an hour with no hits and headed back towards NB. I slow picked 4 dinky Coho - all on red thin fins and released all of them - only one would have made length but the were all skinny like stream trout. But it was a nice ride to Michigan City and I got my season pass and Michigan license out of the way.

Thanks for the report, we basically encountered the same thing out of Mich city yesterday. Fish are small!!
