So Sunday was my brothers shakedown trip out to Gary light. I will mention we did not find the pod of fish the Angry Pirate was on, lol. And of course it was full of our usual mishaps. Forgot the trolling motor remote in truck at pastricks as we were getting rods set up in Gary so made the return trip and back. The graphs were left at the house so it was a shot in the dark at trolling speed. And we squeezed 3 hours out of the 6 year old batteries for the Xi5. But we did manage 3 fish in less than perfect conditions. And it was still fun just getting out there. Going back out in his boat on the 11th. My boat should be getting back this week from getting some new wood slapped on my front deck so I'll have my own shakedown, hopefully next week.

What a fun day! Something was telling you something, you just weren’t listening. Haha
