Had my first limited out trip in my new to me boat with Steve (plane2sea) out at Gary light. It started slow early but a switch got turned on and we were quickly getting bites. Wind made getting speed dialed in difficult but anywhere between 2-2.5 was a good speed. Color didn't matter but getting everything down deeper did. Mostly used thinfins but I was surprised an inline spinner on a dipsy managed 2 while experimenting on different lures to use. Short leadcore, dipsys, and riggers were used.

Could use a beer can instead of coke, but it's a good start. Plenty of blood is always a nice touch! Capt. Mike I think I'll start saving all the ugly cooler shots I see posted this season and make a story of it for Great Lakes Angler next winter.
