Me and Rick of the boat “Sea Ya” was trolling for some steelhead around the number 4 and the rock walls in the area. We had a very quick drive by when we got started and then his wire dipsey took the most violent rip I have seen to date. The fish wrecked the snubber and broke the leader. The orange spoon went with the steelhead and the fish sounded after the rip and leapt a couple of feet in the air and I am certain he flipped us off.
We did manage 2 more bites and and landed those beauties. One was 11 lbs 8 oz and the other went 15 and 5. Rick posed for a pic with his trophy and keepsake from the ordeal. Thanks for the ride Rick.

Wow. The leader broke with a snubber. Must've hit like a freight train.
