My vote for a coho...and a beauty. We'll see if ben can chime in. I wondered about an Atlantic too, but dont see the "x" pattern associated with them.

Definitely not an atlantic. But a charter boat out of Burns Harbor caught an atlantic last weekend, which was pretty cool.

I'd say it's a really big coho. Almost all of the characteristics are pure coho, really the only question is the couple spots on the lower half of the tail. But that's not an uncommon thing in cohos

I agree it definitely had more coho traits to it. It just seemed to have to much extras going on so i thought I'd get a few more opinions. Thanks. Looks like we broke the boat record for coho this year too! :woohoo:
