Launched at around 1:00pm at portage after rain subsided fished between portage and Michigan city in about 56-64 FOW going 2.5-2.6 mph until 8:30 pm. End 16 for 22 with 9 coho, 5 kings, 1 brown trout, and a lake trout. Bites came mainly on regular dipsy divers back 110 foot, downrigger down 35 foot, and 10 and 7 color lead. All running magnum spoons, blue and green dolphin and UV and regular flounder pounder were best. Biggest king was 10.5 lb, coho all around 4lbs, brown trout 8lbs. Broke off a large king on a dipsy, it didn’t trip for some reason (maybe got wrapped up?) and broke off 20lb fluoro.
