First day of the season for us and we ended with a 4 man limit of coho in 3 hours! What worked for us was bright colored body baits 50-75ft behind Church Tackle boards and Michigan Stinger Pro Team spoons down 15-18ft on downriggers. We also took a few fish on 2 and 3 colors of lead with orange dodgers and peanut flies. We sure hope this is a sign of another great season of fishing!
