Went out of Portage today. First 2 hours I stayed close by and had nothing. Decided to go to gary lights and picked up 6 for 6 coho.

Took time definitely a game of patience. Nothing special on baits standing out. Red and gold thin fin , red black thin fine, silver thin fin and dodger/fly(orange with green/blue coho fly) all took fish.

I wish I could be on the lake! In a pool and class for scuba cert all weekend. Man the weather today was amazing. All I could think about was fishing. I told my wife shes not alowed to schedule anything anymore

It would be a great learning experience for me as well as nice to share the boat .

Fishing alone is tough for sure. I will hit you up if time is on my side. Unfortunately with work being the busiest time of year, family, and getting the boat ready, plus prepping the tournament stuff I can barely find time to breath. I sooooo want to be out there fishing, but guessing my first time will be on tournament day for the cabin fever. Fingers crossed - would love to get out before then!
