Was wondering if anyone stopped and fished 40-50 fow outa ditch and if anyone is doing any good there. Itching to troll for some staging kings thanks

I would try it - I am sure there are some there. Probably not many but if you want to get fish its either out way deep or there. Have not seen any boats trying yet really.

Give it a week. Starting next weekend, all my trips will be nearshore for staging kings. With the water temps as they are it should be a slow, drawn out fall season. Not spectacular, more misses than hits.

Yea I been chomping at the bit for a week know but with water temps I kinda thought it be another week...
I'll be launching at portage around 4 am next Saturday weather n work permitting anyone wanna join together to hunt em down let me know
