TOPIC:

Went out after work tonight for quick trip. Decided the weather was to perfect not to head offshore and give that a go sense its been sounding pretty good lately. We set rods around 5 45 about a mile south of the wreck. Trolled northwest for an hour and a half or so. Picked up the biggest coho of the night. came on a dipsey rod set back 85' on a #1 setting, set with a glow berry magnum spoon and spin doctor. marked alot of nice bait balls over there. With a hour and half left or so we just put on a straight east troll. Picked up 2 more decent cohos and ended the night 3 for 4. One came on a flasher fly set behind a #3 dispey rod back 105'. The other you could say we earned. Trolling along and I see a few nice marks stuck right down at the bottom of the graph in about 70 fow. I called it out to my buddy and he jumped up and dropped the rigger down and it fired right as it got down to the fish! defiantly the first fish that hands down come into the boat thanks to the lowrance! lol We started marking real nice looking bait and fish again when we hit the 46 N 16W area if anyone is heading out early tomorrow might not hurt to sniff around there for a minute. The big ho had 5 ales in it, One of the others also had a Big ale in the belly. Sure was a nice night to be on the lake. Wish we would of had a little more time to enjoy it!!
