I guess, due to Monday evening storms the lake was a little churned this morning. Started to head for where I left off last time out but with sloppy1 to 3s it was a bouncy ride and there was some spray wetting things (and customers) down so after a couple miles I made an executive decision and did a U-turn back towards mouth of the ditch. I had "most" of my usual Skamania gear with me so we set up in 20 feet or so and worked the mouth. Not much the first couple passes then it got better with a hit or a miss each pass for a couple hours. Thinfin caused the first casualty, then it was all spoons - plain ol' all over fluor red did much of the rest of the work. When that slowed made a strategic move to the NW corner of the port and was 1 for 3 out there. One 8-color bite, one d-rigger bite (25') one 2-color bite.
Heard one radio report of some good offshore action just across the line in IL just east of the shoals.
