Was able to get out Easter Sunday for a quick trip.....just a couple hours.
Fished Gary Light with a West to East troll, 2.5 to 2.8 speed, depth was 30' - 35'.....Hey Baby spoon pattern did the best and a j-9 orange Rapala took a fish.
Hey baby's on DR @ 16' down & 14' back, J-9 was 40' back of the board w/ 5/8 keel weight
We went 4 for 6 and had one fish pull a down rigger rod out of the holder......plop.....into the lake.....but it jumped and got tangled in one of the board lines. ..... :silly:
Fortunately we got the rod back but lost the fish...... :blink:
