Going to fish out of Whiting tomorrow morning. If anyone is out and looking to exchange fishing reports, we will be in the Crow's Nest monitoring channel 68.

I went out of Whiting with my dad this morning from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and fished at the ship canal. We ended up catching 6 fish including a 9 LB King.

We caught the fish on the following:

• 3, including the King, on a pink glitter Mag Lip 3.5 (81' back on a flat line)

• 2 on a red/black thin fish (35' and 51' off a yellow bird without an inline weight)

• 1 on the Michigan Stinger Spoon attached to this thread. (7' back and about 12' down on a stacked rigger)

Thanks to Slez for teaching me about the stacked rigger option because it has helped us catch fish every weekend.

Happy Easter Everyone!

Nice looking bunch of fish. Another king, they must be moving in some.

Nice work! How was the wind and wave conditions? It sure was blowing hard out of the south in East Chicago at work.

It was windy and the boat slid a lot, but the waves were not bad.

I know a few boats were out deep today too.
