Was able to fish on the FOWLHOOK for a couple hours after work yesterday. Got some numbers from Birddog after we launched and headed north. Got our 6 rod spread in the water around 7:20 and lines out at 9. Got all the lines in without a sniff and then that magical time hit when all the fish were in a feeding frenzy. We went 4-6 in about 20 minutes landing 3 hoes and a king. Then the sun went down and it was over. Finally, cranking in the last rigger rod a steelhead smashes it and miraculously it makes it into the net. Took fish on spoons and froggy spin doc and fly. All fished 30-45 ft down. Was a great night on the water for a short trip. One of the coho had 6 or 7 gobies in its belly and weighed 10.4 #.
