Fished 6 am to 11 am Thursday from donut to State Park in 40 to 50 feet. Caught 2 Coho and lost 1. Caught on orange dodger and green/silver peanut fly at 20 feet down from rigger back 50 feet. Very few bait balls, heard on radio water was in low 60s from top to bottom in 50 feet. A friend out of Michigan city caught a 6 lb King and 1 coho on a meat rig by the pink house. Ran mostly spoons on riggers and 150 & 200 copper, fished 1 rod with dodger and fly.

Fished the Little Kankakee river on Wednesday, caught 4 10"- 12" rainbows and a 24" inch brown. Rainbows are stocked by the state and browns are stocked at a few inches by Elkhart Trout Club. This is the largest brown that I have taken since 1981. Attached a picture not sure if I did this right. This is my 1st post.

Fished Willow Slough on Tuesday morning (6 am to 11 am) caught 1 bass and 2 small gills. A lot of weeds to 1 foot below water surface and water temperature in the low 70s. Believe fish are spawning or post spawn. Did well on large gills & redears on previous 6 trips in April/May.

Fished Lake Erie on a charter, June 1 and 2 out of Port Clinton. We took 11 eyes the 1st day (4 foot waves) and 25 eyes (1/2 foot waves) the 2nd day. Couple eyes at 26" Many throw back fish (over 100 in 2 days) from 13 1/2 to 15" . These fish will be legal in a month. Game Warden checking size and issuing tickets at $90 per small walleye (less then 15 ") according to the captain. Drifted and casting worm on a single hook copper blade spinner in top 10 feet of water in 17 to 27 feet.
