I’m currently in Ohio and thinking of making a trip back home this weekend and fishing on Sunday. It blew pretty hard out of the north yesterday and it’s still kinda blowing right now, although it’s supposed to calm down a bit by tomorrow. The wave forecast for Sunday is favorable. Maybe.

The water is probably all stirred up in the south end. Do these north blows usually turn off the bite in the south end on the spring? I usually go out of St. Joe and if visibility is terrible after a north blow in the early summer, the bite usually dies for a couple days. Now sure if you experience the same phenomena in April further south.

I hope it’ll be worth making the trip.

I was up at that marina - it wasnt a bad blow at all.  I dont think its anything that would affect fishing.  The winds look nice for sunday.
