Got this one from a Filipino friend. Sinigang soup, it’s a hot and sour soup. Had to go to an Asian market to find the soup mix, I guess the key is tamarinds. Anyways, my dad and uncle and I were fighting for the last bowl. It’s excellent with steamed rice. There’s a ton of recipes on the web. I boiled some spines and heads with the seasoning, strained it, then added my veggies. Put the fish in the broth right at the end and let it poach.
