History repeats over and again. There was once a sting operation here in IN and IL. ALL the commercials having licenses at that time, save one, were caught selling illegal fish.

History also repeats in that no licenses were pulled and no hefty fines levied.

No doubt the tribal fishermen will walk scott-free for fear of "racial" persecution accusations.
