Great day to be on the big lake. The ramp was busy at 6:30. We were 8 deep to launch. The line went quickly giving that it was the first launch of the season for most including us. We went to Gary Light first. Caught 4 there in about 3 hrs. Not a fast bite by any means. First 2 came on Brads Nickle/Blue back. The next 2 on Red Squiggles. Went back to the ditch for a slide and only 1 drive by. Ended at 2pm with 4 for 5. Looks like next weekend has some possibilities of getting out.

With the inconsistent weather, we are going to arm ourselves for some inland lake fishing as well.
