TOPIC:

Marathon session on a gorgeous lake yesterday. Took 9 hours but we persevered and got our 3 man limit. After a slow first 3 hours and only managing one steelhead, we pulled lines and headed to Cook. Stayed in 18-25 fow pulling boards and 2 dipseys. Finally got the hint that purple was the “go-to”. Jointed flicker shads took most of the fish, a couple came on a copper backed thin fin and blue chrome stick baits produced a couple of fish. Ran dodgers and flys for awhile on dipseys, but no takers. Great conditions on the lake with a lot of boats out.
