Got out with Alivin and Steve, - We ran pretty much the same program this morning (4/22). It was weird, first thing a little bait, then all gone, the crap tons of bait a little later in the day. We stayed away from the pack because there were a few boats that just did not pay attention to where they were going and that was frustrating. All in all 4 kings (12, 17 , 18 ,20), probably 10 or so lake trout and the same number of coho. A few good coho but alot of smalls. Big king came on a spin doctor and fly back 60. Best fishing was early for sure.

Nice work guys. We fished the same area this afternoon from 3 - 7:30 ish with only 2 grease balls to show for it. 6 rod spread with only two of us on the boat all targeting kings. Some spoons, couple meat rigs and a couple F/F. Like dirty said, HOLY BAIT! Classic case of “Should’ve been there earlier!” Lol We’ll be on the water pretending we’re tournament fishing if the weather is good this weekend. Hopefully my next report will be a little more helpful.
