Lickety Split said: Hope everyone lives thru this pandemic. When there is a treatment or vaccine then we can all have a bitch session afterwards..I certainly wouldn't want to work a shift in a icu unit. Anyone have a relative that does??????
And I wouldn't wish on anyone what some folks are going thru. Can you tell me who the carriers are? Please point them out for me.
Being in a high risk range I guess makes some look at this differently.

I check a lot of boxes for a ventilator also Ed. Slowly suffocating is an awful way to die. Two of my family members have had virus symptoms and called the hospital. Fortunately both recovered. One was told not to show up unless she couldn't breathe or her lips turned blue. She had a fever, cough, respiratory problems and a temperature for 5 days. Doctors believe she had the virus but wouldn't test her. A young nephew had a fever for almost a month and was seeing a respiratory therapist. Was told not to show up at the hospital unless he couldn't hold his breath for 5 seconds. Again, no test available. Without testing I see no end to this.

No testing is a huge issue, people in the Chicago area that are "younger" are being turned away also unless they cannot breath. Not enough tests so they tell them to quarantine and they will most likely be fine.

Vaccine and testing, along with the new anti body testing need to be for everyone.

Recently some areas of Michigan rivers were shut down. Why??????? Because people were not following the rules.
Who had to get involved?????? MDNR law enforcement. So MDNR now has to deal with others who might be carriers of covid 19 and in some cases right tickets for not following the rules. Do you really think the DNR wants to put themselves in a jeopardy position for their health/ and families health over a fish?
That wasn't the only area of non compliance. Point is things tighten down when others that do not respect the rules ruin it for everyone else. Some are having to make decisions that nobody should have to make. And the nightmares from it will never go away. Easy to see who were the Patriots after 9/11. We could see and know who the enemy was. Now we fight a invisible enemy who has taken many more lives then what was in the twin towers attack. Lets show our Patriotism now. Follow the rules. Help protect each other.

This all stemmed from the Detroit River guys packing the launches and the river for the walleye spawn. Even with the new order in place, the launches, that were open, we’re packed this morning in that area. People on the west side of the state seem to be following the rules as no boats out. Hoping to get in by mid May. Stay healthy- there will be plenty of fish to catch after this curve is flattened.
