Changed mine to a afternoon trip, we'll see how the weather plays out looking better later in the day.

Did our Shakedown run / new motor break-in late Saturday afternoon, then put her in her summer home, a Slip at Portage Marina. First year Slipping, previously trailered. The new OB purrs like a satisfied kitty, but hauls ass on the water. Got her dressed her up Sunday afternoon, putting on all the fishing gear. A few minor issues, but she's ready to rumble! Wind & waves weren't bad Saturday. We ran out to MC, then to the 3 corners and back to the ditch. Was able to get full throttle without slamming the boat and bouncing around. Glad we did it Saturday, because Sunday the wind was gustier and more chop.
